Export Officer & Customer Support

Key Responsibilities-
\xef\x82\xb7 international sales coordination, order management, and import-export operations including customer order
processing, dispatch/delivery, transportation, import-export clearance, warehouse coordination, and EXIM
documentation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Planned sales orders & demand with the production and marketing team; processed sales orders through Infor
LN ERP system and ensured delivery without delay; dealing with customers, sales agents, and suppliers for
shipping arrangements/requirements, queries, and issues.
\xef\x82\xb7 Order handling (creation of orders Sales Order & Purchase Order, follow up OC, make all communication, create
OC for customer and share), Update E2E tracker.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepared export shipping documents - Invoice, PL, COO, BL drafts under LC, CAD, and open payment terms;
checked export LC drafts and amendments, handled discrepancies if any.
\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiated freight with shipping lines/freight forwarders, and coordinated booking & clearance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Worked with shipping lines/FF, and customs broker. Follow-up bookings for confirmed orders.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare vessel arrivals update reports, if any delays/changes happen mention them on the tracker and share
them with customers. Follow up loadings and their documentation. Follow up vessel sailings, check BL drafts, and
follow up final BLs.Forwarder for supply chain.
\xef\x82\xb7 Follow up on forwarder transit time and service performance and evaluate and give feedback.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interface with European Supply Chain Organization and is responsible at for escalations within the Supply Chain
area.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor/improve departments \'KPIs and drive improvements and automation for established processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data analysis and tracking of material if required exchange with the customer for timely delivery.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyse customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.
\xef\x82\xb7 Act as a mediator between the Production team, Freight Forwarder, and customer to facilitate good
communication and handling of complaints.
Required skills, experience & education.

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of international trade, procurement & distribution, sea/air/land shipping,
container/bulk/break-bulk/air freight, incoterms, regulatory and import-export compliance, customs regulations,
and EXIM documentation
\xef\x82\xb7 3-5 years\' experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Commerce Graduate / PGDM In Foreign Trade / MBA with Knowledge of Foreign Trade
\xef\x82\xb7 Analytical thinking
\xef\x82\xb7 ERP knowledge
\xef\x82\xb7 Customer oriented
\xef\x82\xb7 Fluency in business English
