Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inquiries from global buyers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.

Manage the sales cycle from quotation to final delivery and after-sales support.

Ensure repeat business through excellent communication and follow-ups.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, and merchant agents.

Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.

Coordinate with the production teams, logistics, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth delivery of products.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of export documents.

Maintain updated customer records, export data, and orders in the pipeline.

Key Skills:



Experience in the international Food/FMCG export business

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of international trade and export documentation and Incoterms.

Ability to handle multi-market customers and time zone coordination.

Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions and buyer meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
