Role & responsibilities

Generate accurate invoices for exported goods, with pricing agreements and taxation requirements
Prepare regular financial reports, including export revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
Prepare and manage export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, COO & export licenses.
Liaise with customs authorities regarding export regulations and smooth customs clearance process.
Arrange transportation for exported goods & coordinate with freight forwarders for timely delivery of goods.
Provide support to customers & resolve issues related to order processing, shipping delays, or customs clearance.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that optimize export processes, reduce costs, & enhance operational efficiency

Preferred candidate profile +

Bachelor\'s degree / Master\'s degree in business administration, international trade, logistics, or a related field
Proven experience in export operations, logistics coordination, and financial management.
Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
Proficiency in MS Office & accounting software.
Accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
