:Job description \xc2\xb7 Coordination with clients for Performa, invoice, tracking number etc \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the requirement of clients \xc2\xb7 Creating shipment related documents -BL, invoices, packing list, Export declaration, Checklist. \xc2\xb7 As per requirement of client creating documents such as Invoice, Packing list, COO, BL Copy, Airway bill, BRC. \xc2\xb7 Booking shipments, Incoterm, \xc2\xb7 Taking BL approval from transporter. \xc2\xb7 Local and international transportation documents- invoice, SDF, export value declaration, declaration, etc. \xc2\xb7 Creating Transportation Documents like E way bill, Scomat, Intermeide, Barcode Labels. \xc2\xb7 Creating and updating Country origin \xe2\x80\x93 COO \xc2\xb7 Clients updating with tracking number until delivery. \xc2\xb7 Transportation details follow-up \xc2\xa7 Basic knowledge about Logistics and Accounts \xc2\xa7 Co-ordination with the internal team and external vendors. \xc2\xb7 Relevant degree or diploma. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Logistics-Operation.
