Job Description

A detail-oriented professional to manage backend export operations, including documentation, licensing, and coordination
for our growing export markets.
Role Overview:
? Handle backend export processes and ensure smooth operations.
? Prepare all required export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of
origin, and health certificates.
? Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements such as IEC, FSSAI central license, APEDA
registration, EIA/EIC certification, Halal certification, and AGMARK certification.
? Support exports to Southeast Asia, Nepal, and the UAE and other countries as require.
? Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of export
orders.
? Coordinate and follow up with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and
receivables .
? Maintain accurate records and assist management in reporting on export operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
? Coordinate with SCM, Costing, Finance, and Quality teams for accurate processing of export orders.
? Liaise with logistics partners, customs authorities, and government bodies for smooth operations.
? Maintain records of all export-related documentation and licenses.
? Support management with reporting on export performance and compliance.
