Purpose Performance Standards: Duties and Responsibilities People Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders (medical scientific community) within the allocated GBU and product - with an end objective to develop education and communication content as per requirement Interact effectively with health care professionals on publication content Constantly assist writers (senior or junior) in developing knowledge and sharing expertise Performance indicator Feedback from stakeholders (end users, medical teams) on overall satisfaction 20% Performance Provide publication/medical education material (slide deck, abstract, poster, manuscript etc.) as per agreed timelines and quality Provide strategic support with individuals and institutions, which may serve as resources for publications purpose Performance indicators Adherence to timeline Adherence to quality target 30% Process Develop complex publication/medical education material Act as an expert in the field of medical communication for the assigned therapeutic area(s) Assist the assigned scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis Implement the publication plan and associated activities for the year identified for the region Work with selected vendors within the region to deliver the required deliverables as per defined process Leverage advanced training delivery tools and techniques thereby enhancing the effectiveness of training delivery Design an overall plan of action based on end-user feedback and improve course content and delivery Performance indicators Feedback from stakeholders (end users, medical teams) on satisfaction with services provided Adherence to publication plan/calendar 25% Stakeholder Work closely with scientific communication teams in regions/areas to identify publication need and assist in developing assigned deliverables Liaise with medical department to prepare relevant and customized deliverables Performance indicator Feedback from stakeholders (end users, medical teams) on satisfaction with services provided 25% Pre-requisites Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure (including but not limited to): Diabetes Dyslipidemia/Familial hypercholesterolemia Cardiovascular diseases Thrombosis/atherothrombosis Transplant Central nervous system Multiple sclerosis Immunology Oncology Emerging markets Generics Vaccines Vitamins and supplements Digestive Allergies Parkinson's disease Rare diseases Rare blood diseases Stakeholder management Project management Publication submission Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal and written) 8 years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia 4 years of experience in leadership role At Sanofi diversity and inclusion is foundational to how we operate and embedded in our Core Values.
