Short Description

Qualified electrical or electro-mechanical engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience in battery pack
development, design and production. This position requires engineer to manage development and
industrialization of lithium-ion battery modules for EV application.

Key Responsibilities

Develop traction battery pack module based on the vehicle specification

Lead the definition of battery strategy, roadmap and process.

Manage battery validation and test activities.

Manage the battery development and activities.

Skills Information

Wide experience and knowledge in lithium-ion battery pack
design.
Wide experience and knowledge in battery pack production
equipment and process.
Experience in regulations and standards for battery packs.
Experience in testing and validation of battery packs.
Experience in IMD and isolation measurement circuit design.
Experience in thermal design and advanced materials for cooling
and mechanical integrity.
Knowledge of cell chemistry, form factor and welding
technologies.
Experience in assembly methodologies and design for robustness.
Excellent people, communication and team working skills.
Knowledge of proto development techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of PLM will be an added advantage.

DFMEA, PFMEA analysis.
