Position description:

Design and Development of Electric Architecture for 2 Wheelers

Development of Traction system with hardware and software with diagnostics

Calibration tuning and testing validation of Traction system for Electric 2 Wheelers

Design and Development of Charging systems for Electric vehicles

To implement Vehicle network security / encryption on controller Software, and conduct HIL, SIL, MIL and OTA

Functional Safety using HARA to be implemented on hardware and software

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of Electric Vehicle Architecture for 2 Wheelers
• Design and Development of system level specifications for Electronics hardware, software with diagnostics for 2 Wheelers
• Calibration tuning and testing validation of Traction system for Electric 2 Wheelers on Test rig and Vehicle
• Design and Development of Charging systems for Electric vehicles and testing and validating the Diagnostics along with managing customer feedback
• To implement Vehicle network security / encryption on controller Software, and conduct HIL, SIL, MIL and OTA for traction system and testing on rig and vehicle
• To conduct Functional Safety using HARA to be implement the same on hardware and software of EV systems

Required Certification/s:

DFMEA, DFSS, HV Safety training,

Functional Safety ISO26262 certification is mandatory

Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment - HARA implemented on one Practical Project

Required Knowledge:

• Matlab-Simulink, C++programming, Amesim
• System level specification and integration of Electronics in 2 Wheeler EV
• Traction system testing, SIL, HIL, MIL, CAN/IVN, Embedded Security protocols, LabView
• Configuration Mgmt. tool, ASPICE, Microcontroller programming.
• AGILE Methodology of Project execution
