The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting different IT and academic trainers globally working across various platforms. This person will work and also lead the efforts to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates to meet the organization\'s needs for trainers in these areas. The key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Lead will include. US IT Recruiter \xe2\x80\x93 *ONSITE* Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Experience: 1- 4 years Full :- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies. Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop). Experience recruiting, Citizens, GC, OPTs, and EADs consultants. Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Good to have experience working on VMS requirements. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools. Should have excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal and team coordination skills. Should be ready to work in night shift. Negotiating, if required, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Developing and maintaining a network of industry contacts and talent sources to support ongoing recruitment efforts. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
