Boeing Global Services Training Solutions Software team is currently looking for one Experienced Product Owner to join their team in Chennai, TN. The Product Owner is the primary point of contact on behalf of the customer to identify the product requirements for the development team. The Product Owner has the complete responsibility and ownership of defining and even prioritizing user requirements.

We are searching for a Product Owner / Solutions Architect in our Brisbane office. The Product Owner is the primary point of contact on behalf of the customer to identify the product requirements for the development team. The Product Owner has the complete responsibility and ownership of defining and even prioritizing user requirements.

The Solutions Architect is responsible for defining requirements, designs and verify routine architecture, data and information management systems and components. Preparing initial design constraints and ensuring architecture conforms to requirements. You will also incorporate architecture functions into software development lifecycle and developing and maintaining architecture views and models.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides technical advice and guidance for Divisional/Project IT solutions as required.
• Design & Delivery of technical solutions that meet corporate requirements & governance.
• Liaises regularly with all IT Groups to ensure that Boeing Australia Holdings (BAH) IT is equipped to produce effective solutions.
• Contributes to documentation relating to all aspects of technical design, topology, configuration, and integration of new equipment, services, applications and tools.
• Researches, documents and delivers, in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), high quality Business Cases and Proposals for the business and its pursuits
• Providing 3rd level operational support for all production solutions when required, including new Project implementations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 9-12 years of experience within information technology
• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Systems Engineering or Computer science or 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in large complex IT organization, or commensurate skills and experience.
• Hands-on experience working as Product Owner
• Candidate should possess Safe POPM certification
• Good experience working with Stakeholders,Business users, Product Owner from different geographies, especially US
• Proven knowledge of project management principles & their application within a complex organisational environment for complex projects.
• Good understanding on User Stories, Requirements/ticket prioritisation and build/validate acceptance criteria liaising with stakeholders
• Experience operating in an Agile development environment. Track and generate Scrum completion, metrics report

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience and proficiency in JIRA, ADO, GitLab, and Visual Studio
• Experience and proficiency in data analytics, reports, MS Excel, and Tableau
• SAFe PM/PO and/or Scrum Master Certification
• Effective, comprehensive communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-directed, maintains a productive sense of urgency, makes progress on multiple priorities, and delivers as planned
• Constructively collaborates with teammates, business partners, and IT Infrastructure and Operation partners

Has a growth mindset, initiates improvements and innovations, demonstrates adaptability, executes to organizational transformation, and has a strong practice of continuous technical and business operations professional development

Typical Education & Experience:
