In addition to creating a single foundation for Boeing\'s approach to cloud computing these agreements represent a major commitment that will empower Boeing\'s application development and Services organizations As we execute on our Enterprise Cloud Service Infrastructure and Operations \'cloud\' strategy, we are looking for a Systems Design and Integration Specialist to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP and eGSEP) This role will be based out of Bangalore, India. Position Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: Development and Design within the GSEP and eGSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps Provide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical requirements Communicate across multiple teams, organizations, and leaders to effectively articulate business goals and objectives Identify, recommend, and implement development standards Document information such as configuration and implementation following process and design standards Use Agile/SAFe best practices leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO) Create automated test framework Lead, participate and share knowledge and best practices with team ServiceNow developers and the Enterprise ServiceNow developer community Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): A Bachelor\'s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION ServiceNow development experience ADO, JavaScript Firm understanding of business rules and how they are applied to enterprise solutions Following, enhancing and deploying development standards and best practices Analytical skills: Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns within team Use Agile/SAFe best practices leveraging Azure DevOps (ADO) Ability to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholders Demonstrated initiative, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems operate Able to support virtual meetings outside of normal business hours Must be able to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams within Boeing and external partners. Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work. Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with team members across different cultures and time-zones Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects. Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Extensive knowledge of JavaScript Experience using the ServiceNow platform AGILE Development skills Typical Education & Experience: Technical bachelor\'s degree and typically 7 or more years of related work experience, or a Master\'s degree with typically 5 or more years of related work experience, or a Ph.D. degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year university degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
