Position Responsibilities: Good understanding & hands on experience of TM business processes (Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Charges Calculation, Settlement & Invoicing). SAP TM Organizational Elements, TM Master Data & structural element requirements Must have exposure to shipper scenario with all modes of transport Road, ocean, Rail and Ocean. Provide solutions to the business requirements in the area of SAP Transportation Management (TM) functional areas including Advanced Shipping and Receiving based EWM integration, O2C and P2P integration, Transportation planning and optimization, GTS integration and transportation reporting Design and implement business processes using standard methodologies during a full lifecycle implementation of SAP TM collaborating with business users to design, develop, test, train, and implement the solution Lead business requirement documentation, implement configurations, localize business processes, develop functional/technical specifications, build or modify batch jobs, and write test scripts by collaborating with application specialists Identify content and development requirements for process and system training and updating existing materials and developing new materials by collaborating closely with the technical team Resolve issues by working with both business leaders and technical support personnel. Develop and test system functionality by building strong working relationships with business partners, management, and other team members Develop training documents for users and train other team members and collaborate with team to meet project deadlines and Develop Enhanced Objects on TM Business Objects and improved freight order standard FPM screens. Proven ability implementing custom solutions within SAP TM by working multi-functionally with logistics management and transportation management professionals to meet business needs. Demonstrated knowledge of transportation planning and optimization, rate maintenance, freight costs, load tendering, and transportation reporting to provide functional and technical solutions to ensure business requirements Proven ability developing and implementing SAP Transportation Management module components within an ERP landscape Proven knowledge of multi-functional integration between SAP SD, MM, and EWM gained through the completion of two (2) SAP implementation projects and Proven ability aligning business needs by gathering and understanding business requirements to reduce lead time for transportation planning of finished goods. Experience in Order Management, Transportation Planning, Freight Execution (Carrier selection and Tendering - Cost Distribution, Event Tracking & Monitoring), Settlement (Charge Management, Charge Calculations, Freight Settlement with Cost-Distribution) Integration with ECC for billing, settlement and invoicing Integration with SD/MM, WM/ EWM for the transportation execution activities Integration with GTS & EHS Event Management with track & trace Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 8-12 years of experience developing SAP business systems and processes in large and complex business environment. Build, maintain and implement standards and reference architectures Understanding of full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions. Candidate should have done 2 SAP E2E implementation project. Minimum 1 E2E implementation in S/4 HANA. Solid understanding in SAP Integration Should have worked on End-to-End process across various business scenarios. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience with Business Process and/or Services Modeling in global business environment. Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods. Typical Education & Experience Typically, 8-12 more years\' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
