Position Overview:

Boeing Workforce Intelligence - People Reporting Team is currently looking for an Experienced People Data Analyst with Workday Report Writer experience to join their team in Bangalore, India. This team provides business intelligence solutions across Boeing's Human Resources (HR) function in support of daily operations and strategic initiatives.

This role will be responsible for consulting directly with customers and developing simple to complex reports/dashboards via Workday and supporting our COGNOS people reporting environment.

The successful candidate will have the capability to consult with business partners to develop requirements and design dashboards and reports that enhance people data insights across all of our HR Domains.

Position Responsibilities:

Consult with global customers, business partners, and service groups on Boeing business processes and HR systems

Act as a Workday reporting and analytics technical expert within Boeing and grow the team's technical skills

Analyze and interpret criteria for complex reporting requests from end-users and auditors

Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports within Workday Report Writer

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) following enterprise guidelines and procedures adhering to data protection for highly sensitive personally identifiable information

Perform business case analysis for troubleshooting and system enhancement

Participate in the creation of end-user educational training on HR systems and/or processes

Support COGNOS reporting environment and become a SME on existing standard reports and adhoc query functionality to support adhoc reporting requests

Ensure all business requirements are thoroughly tested with a high degree of quality and continuously drive improvements on existing content with end-users

Automate manual reporting processes

Complete adhoc HR reporting and analysis requests utilizing Workday, COGNOS, and Tableau Dashboards

Build queries and join disparate data sources to produce people data extracts in support of analytics research

Provides recommendations to enable HR master data management that are in line with Workforce Intelligence and core data solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

8 or more years' of related work experience

1+ years of experience with COGNOS, Tableau, Power BI, and other data/modeling tools

3+ years of experience directly interfacing with customers

3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

1+ years of Workday Report Writing Experience

Experience with Scaled Agile Frame (SAFe) software and systems development

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically, 8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required."
