Boeing Enterprise IT Operations is currently looking for a Experienced License Server Management Analyst to join their team in Bangalore, India . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing IT Organization. Looking for an experienced and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to join our dynamic cross-functional License Server Management (LSM) team. License Server Management performs and coordinates enterprise license server hosting activities, application license monitoring, optimization and usage analytics. We provide the expertise to maintain and facilitate the license server infrastructure to manage, deliver, and administer software license entitlements to engineering end users across the company. The ideal candidate is results-driven and detail-oriented with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to think strategically while working collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams. Position Responsibilities : Implement strategies to improve the LSM product Implement ways to increase team efficiency Track and ensure product and product feature delivery Stakeholder outreach and engagement Troubleshooting and recovery of LSM system while coordinating with technical teams Maintaining positive relationships with partners License and system data analysis BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years managing enterprise applications and systems. 3+ years experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners Data-analysis skills, usage forecasting methods, optimization strategies Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, analytical, and problem-solving skills Working some hours in a US Time zone will be required for team stand ups and collaboration Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Azure DevOps (ADO) / SAFe experience Knowledge of engineering software methods and tools Knowledge of COTS application licensing architectures, such as FlexLM Knowledge of license acquisition process, compliance, renewals, usage tracking Computer science or engineering background preferred Bachelor\'s degree or higher Typical Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree or 3 year Diploma with typically8 to 12 Years related work experience and/or a Master\'s degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 7 to 11 Year\'s related work experience or relevant military experience Relocation : This position offer relocation Export Control Requirements: Not an export control position Equal Opportunity Employer: We are an equal opportunity employer.
