Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of
North Indian sweets
and
South Indian sweets
.
Maintain consistency, taste, and quality standards for all sweet and bakery items.
Develop new and innovative sweet and dessert recipes blending traditional and modern styles.
Manage ingredient inventory, maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when required.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Collaborate with management for menu planning, costing, and seasonal special items.
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a
Sweet Maker / Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef
specializing in Indian sweets.
Deep understanding of ingredients, cooking techniques, and regional variations of Indian sweets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards.
Creativity and passion for sweets and desserts.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
