• Manage end-to-end export and import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth logistics processes.
• Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy for all shipments.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to minimize delays and costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
• Handle international trade regulations and ensure adherence to all requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

A successful Exim Lead should have:

• Educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in export/import or global logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with external agencies.
• Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems (SAP or similar).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or retail logistics preferred.
