Collaborate closely with the Reporting Manager HR in various critical areas, including Recruitment, Performance Management Systems, Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, and the overall design of the HR function to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Manage the overall Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS), ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.
Ensure that all proposed HR initiatives are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated for their impact, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
Work closely with the Reporting Manager to explore and implement innovative HR practices that drive organizational success and employee well-being.
Develop and implement innovative Rewards and Recognition programs, as well as employee engagement initiatives that inspire motivation and commitment at all levels.
Prepare new hires for success through a comprehensive induction and orientation program, creating a welcoming environment that facilitates seamless transitions into the organization.
Maintain compliance with legal regulations by diligently monitoring and implementing pertinent federal and state human resource requirements, maintaining thorough records, and representing the organization at relevant hearings.
Stay attuned to market trends regarding salaries and wages across all organizational levels, providing informed recommendations to the Reporting Manager HR to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Oversee compensation fitment and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in financial matters, and addressing any discrepancies to maintain internal equity.
Promote strong employee relations by designing and managing benefits programs that add tangible value to employees, enabling them to fully contribute their skills and talents to the organization.
Continuously evaluate and update HR policies to align with the evolving business framework and industry standards, ensuring they meet organizational needs and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
MBA (HR) or any relevant post-graduation with 02 to 04 years of good Human Resources experience in Service-oriented / ITES / Manufacturing / E-commerce / Retail industries
Good communication and analytical skills
Good exposure in Recruitment and its innovative practices
Must have good knowledge of Legal, PF, ESI & other labor-related laws and all applicable requirements in accordance with the Shops & Establishment Act
Well-versed in using MS-Office, primarily Excel
Experience in using any of the HRIS tools
