: The firm has deployed Data Leakage Prevention Tool. Our Risk team is looking for an Executive who can manage our Data leakage (DLP) process.

Job Responsibilities:

_Monitor and assess potential DLP incidents as they arise

_Advise relevant stakeholders of required actions as a result of DLP incidents

_Organize and document incident management from initiation to completion

_Assess, summarize, and escalate potential breaches to leadership

_Manage group mailbox as well as internal database used for tracking

_Assisting partners and staff with related queries

_Provide support on ad-hoc project work

_Assist with the development of other operational/project documentation

_Provide support to other teams within the broader Risk Management Group, as needed

Job Requirements:

_Must hold a Graduate degree

_Self-motivated, intellectually curious, diligent, able to respond promptly and professionally to all requests and inquiries.

_Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfort interacting with individuals in high-level roles within the firm.

_Takes initiative and has strong organizational, research, and analytical skills

_Must be able to work independently and flexibly

_Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

_Proficient with Excel, Research via the Internet, and comfort with online tools

_Must be able to manipulate spreadsheet and database information for analysis

_Familiarity with various software packages and databases

_Be aware of the sensitivity of information received and treat it appropriately
