To implement kaizens and CI projects in Business Unit to improve Employee engagement 2. To carry out time study, motion study and value stream mapping for all processes 3. To Design or modify shop floor layouts to facilitate manufacturing operations by avoiding excess transportation 4. To implement 5S best practices in factory, monitor and audit the initiatives 5. To improve the visual management system and the visual displays in shop floor and office area 6. To actively involve and drive the cross functional improvement projects 7.To coordinate for training programs for employees on lean and six sigma concepts 8. To carryout Gemba walk and waste hunting programs to eliminate non value added activities
