Generate regular enquiries and secure customer appointments
Drive successful sales closures and execute contracts/orders
Ensure timely payment and advance collection
Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts
Meet targets for order intake, bid submissions, and sales activities
Navigate internal systems and coordinate with commercial/BSC teams
Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, and government agencies
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project success
Possess commercial knowledge (GST, customs duty, etc.)
Participate in performance reviews with branch, region, and HQ
Support final negotiations, conflict resolution, and collections
Who we are looking for

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
Working experience of 2-5 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator or similar Industry.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Strong understanding of customer behavior and decision-making
Experience in winning and managing lift industry projects
Excellent coordination and communication skills
