: Responsible for QMS activities like Deviation, preparation of Investigation Report, change control, CAPAs and compliance. Software installation, implementation and support for Quality, Manufacturing Systems support (Ex: Empower3, QCMS, Quickflow, Track wise/, PLC, SCADA, DCS & HMIs) Responsible for daily, monthly data backup of Empower QC, Empower R&D, QCMS-FMS, Quickflow and other applications as per the procedures Data backup of standalone instruments of QC, R&D as per the procedures Data backup of PLC/DCS/SCADA systems as per the procedure Data backup of data loggers & (B data) Responsible to provide technical support to the Site users Responsible to send the data cartridges to our Office (Hyderabad) once in a month and whenever required. CSV documents preparation, execution and review. SOPs preparation and implementation Responsible for data restoration QC, R&D and PLC. SCADA & DCS Responsible to install computers for Instrument/PLC/DCS/SCADA and co-ordination with Engineers to provide the IT support. Responsible for deployment of Antivirus Software in computerised systems. Responsible for access and user management for computerised systems. Provide access and troubleshoot for web applications at site. Creating and managing shared resources such as shared folders across the network. Provide remote access to Vendors for troubleshooting of software\'s. Responsible for proper handling of Laptops, Desktops, Network devices, peripherals etc. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices Authorized to prepare the gate passes. Authorized to sign the GMP documents. IT Services support like Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Printers, Backup, virtualization, cloud Services. Understanding and implementation of policies and procedures for electronic data and Computerized systems. PPE wherever applicable Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately. Report any incident / accident / near miss / illness to the superiors. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors. And any other job as may be assigned to you from time to time.
