Job Title: Associate - inside sales

Position Purpose :

Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product

Preferred Functional Knowledge:

  • IT SAAS Sales
  • Outbound Sales
  • Must have excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, zeal for sales, must have experience in Outbound sales Experience - Must have good planning and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Graduate with relevant job experience
  • Experience in CRM software
Key Responsibility:
  • Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product
  • Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
  • Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Meet and exceed all Monthly and Annual Sales quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM

Tools experience if any:
  • CRM Utilization
  • Linked in research
Qualification and Experience:
  • 1 to 3 Yrs
  • Graduation
