Experience in Internationall calling will be added advantage.Job Summary
Receiving Incoming calls/ whats-app messages from the customers and replying to their query & complain.Need to handle tele-marketing, inbound-outbound national & international calls to new / existing BuyersNeed to maintain healthy customer relationship for customer retention.Resolution to customer issues by coordinating with relevant department.
Resolving customer issues to place orders.
Assists the department by answering Online and Offline calls from the customer to resolute their queries & issues.
Filling up Daily Report on daily basis.
Need to get feedback from customers regarding services, delivery / products
Need to build relationship with the existing customers with personal urge to fulfill all orders successfully without any complain.
On rush/ crisis period need to have responsibilities to maintain additional workload without any hamper.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should have Excellent communication skill & written skill in English.
Minimum Qualification- Graduate.
