Role - To Review a packaging Development process

Qualification - Science or Pharmacy graduate with an addition packaging development course.

Experience Required - Between 2-10 Years Of Experience

Job Roll same as below :

1. Initiation, Review and approval of packing material artworks which are require to be revised for site transfer, pharmacopeia updates, marketing/GDSO requirement, production requirement and regulatory/CQA compliance.

2. Initiation, Review and approval of change control in track wise software.

3. Review and approval of AIF related to packaging activity of India market products raised by F&D.

4. Review and approval of NPIF related to packaging activity of Export market products raised by IRA.

5. Initiation, Review and Approval of packaging related technology transfer documents, Change part drawings, bill of material for site transfer products.

6. Preparation, Review and approval of packaging material specification, standard test procedure and batch packing record.

7. Micro-planning of Site transfer products and ensure timely completion of projects. Escalation of outstanding issues and its resolution.

8. Packaging execution of exhibit batches which are taken by commercial COE for Alternate API vendor, Trouble shooting, Process enhancement.

9. To provide regulatory support for dossier renewal in existing product of EMB market.

10 To monitor packaging activity of Scale up/Laboratory batches.

11. To Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolution of issues during Packaging of commercial products for India and ROW market.

12. Initiation and Approval of Packaging martial codes in MDM portal.

13. Review and approval of print proof/ Transparency /Shade cards.

14. Procurement of printed material which require for new submission /Renewal.

15. Review and approved of PPF foil artworks with batch detail received from QA/GDSO.

16. Ensure compliance to established packaging processes, cGMP standards, EHS and other statutory requirements

17. Ensure adherence to training schedule. Provide need base training to personnel involved in routine activities.

18. Timely preparation and sharing of weekly / monthly reports with reporting manager

19. Any other activities assigned from time to time.
