- Our client is leading IT company in India and they have multiple products. They are responsible for making sure that operations are running the way they should. They ensure that devices are working properly and that data is secure. IT company is also responsible for installing new software, hardware and providing technical support.The Job : Your responsibilities will include :- Cold calling; data will be provided by Company. - Answering incoming & outbound calls. - Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.- Answering questions about products or the company.- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.- No sales Target.Ideal Candidate : - You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the IT Software industry.- Experience within Sales Training and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are a strong networker & relationship builde (ref:updazz.com)
