- Regional Role- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Attractive Salary & BenefitsWe are hiring for a residential and commercial real estate developer.The JobJob description:- Handle in Inbound and Outbound calls.- Source sales opportunities through calls and emails understand customer needs and requirements.- Encourage customer to come for a Site Visit, and assisting them in the same.- Ensure regular follow-up on leads with calls to addition.- Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database.Ideal CandidateDesired Candidate Profile:- Should be fluent in English and any other regional languages.- 0-2 years of work experience in pre sales/real estate domain is preferred.- Candidates should have experience into inbound and outbound calling.- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.- Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments (ref:updazz.com)
