Job Summary :-We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our retail team in Ayodhya or Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations.Key Responsibilities :-- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Manage and maintain store displays, cleanliness, and merchandise arrangements.-- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.- Handle billing and payment processes accurately.- Keep track of inventory levels and report stock requirements to the store manager.- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions.- Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.- Support the team in day-to-day store operations.Desired Candidate Profile :-- 1-3 years of experience in retail or store sales.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Energetic, confident, and customer-service oriented.- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.- Willingness to work in Ayodhya or Jaipur, including weekends and holidays if required.-Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
