Role: Specialist -- Statutory & Compliance

Team: Statutory & Compliance Services

Work Location: Onsite -- Client premises, Mumbai

Reports to: Manager -- Statutory & Compliance

Department: Statutory & Compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position is responsible for managing End to End Provident Fund Compliance activities for the client, Bank of America. This position will be placed at Client\'s premises and work along with the Client SPOC in executing the assigned responsibilities and functionally reports to ADP Statutory & Compliance Manager virtually. The role also involves assisting Client employee to fill up the statutory forms, applications and the queries related to the same.

What you\'ll do:

  • Effectively manage daily workloads
  • Maintain and deliver consistent world-class service to internal and external clients
  • Maintain and deliver consistent world-class service to internal and external clients
  • Manage end-to-end new hire process of UAN
  • Collation of Form 11 of new hires
  • Coordination with Talent Acquisition team and Client team members
  • Converting Form 11 into required format for ADP to generate / link new UANs
  • Resolve queries with ADP on Form 11\'s
  • Keep track of International Worker hire details for ADP updating
  • MIS / Reporting
  • Other Transactions
  • Respond to employee queries on transfers / withdrawals / data changes
  • Validation of PF documents
  • Co-ordinating with the stakeholders (i.e., Client SPOC, Nominee / legal heirs / ADP) to submit
  • the Joint Declarations forms / Death Settlement hardcopy applications and share the
  • acknowledgements
  • Follow-up through online PF portal on the status of applications submitted through EPFO
  • Portal / as per the process guidelines notified by EPFO (only for long pending cases)
  • Coordinating with ex-employees related to PF Queries with respect to transfer / settlement
  • Maintain detailed tracker of documents/ submissions etc. and provide periodic status updates
  • First level of customer enquiries and escalations
  • Actively participate in team meetings and engagement activities
SKILLS REQUIRED

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Provident Fund Compliance.
  • Good Communication Knowledge in English, Hindi preferable in Marathi.
  • MS Office -- Medium level knowledge preferred
  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum qualification will be Bachelor degree preferable in Commerce.
  • Additional relevant qualifications will be considered positively.
