Role Description The Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales role at Veena World is a full-time on-site role, located in Ahmedabad. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include converting inquiries into bookings, providing excellent customer service to guests, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree (Preferably in Travel Studies) and/or Diploma At least 2 years of experience in travel sales, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service to guests. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. Fluency in English and a regional language. Passion for travel and a strong desire to promote tourism.
