Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customer\'s & find out the needs.
- To be a sales consultant to the customer.
- Describing a product\'s features & demonstrate use and operation of the product.
- Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise.
- Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
- Maintain sales reports to keep a track of the progress.
Key Requisites
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Flair for selling.
- Passion for Technology.
- Must be customer service oriented, patience, adaptability & persuasiveness.
- Must be willing to take initiatives and should possess high energy level, integrity & clarity in thoughts.
- Willing to work on weekends and travel.
