Title: Executive / Sr Executive - AP Team

Location: Noida


Key Responsibilities


Day to day Accounting

• Processing supplier invoices, debit & credit notes.
  
• Employee travel claims, other reimbursement claims.
  
• Bank payments for domestic and overseas suppliers and employee payments and form 15CA/CB, A1/A2 handling for overseas payments.
  
• Supplier account reconciliation.
  
• Imp rest settlement.
  
• Processing Capex invoicing and depreciation amortization.
  
• Review supplier and other contracts for accounting and other compliances.
  
• Conceptual and working knowledge of application of statutory compliances to various tax treatments such as TDS/WHT, GST, ESI, WCT etc.
  
• Bank reconciliation online through system utilities / manual.
  
• GST input credit review and reconciliations, supplier communications , experienced to GSTN reports.
  
• Branch accounting, inter Company reconciliation.
  
• Expense dashboards.
  

Month end / Quarter /Annual closing processes

• Handling cut off procedures,
  
• Accrual of expenses ,
  
• Prepaid amortization,
  
• Expense review and variances analysis report ,
  
• For -ex restatement and other restatements
  
• Support audit requirements and query settlement and reports

Requirements

• Should possess conceptual understanding and working experience on ERP systems , preferably SAP and well aware of FICO & MM modules of SAP.
  
• Should have basic understanding of GAAP - Ind-as accounting and disclosures.
  
• Should possess hands on experience on MS office and Excel advance functions.
  
• A person should be energetic, have a positive attitude with reasonable communication skills.
