Responsible for ensuring that all transactions associated within Employee Management process(s) are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and are delivered to the quality and standards as defined in the service level agreement (SLA)

  • Primary point of contact for any HR related queries
  • Reply the queries/ request within agreed TAT/ acknowledge emails (24-48 hours TAT)
  • Support employees with onboarding & exit related formalities (joining dockets, letters, F&F statements) (24-48 hours TAT)
  • Support with employee letter requests (From Offer to exit), Manual + system-based knowledge to release the letters (24 hours)
  • Seek relevant approvals from Retained Organization (RO) and / or employee reporting managers for completion of tasks
  • Ensure employee data is updated regularly on HRIS system/s & Trackers (24-48 hours TAT)
  • Coordinate with payroll team to provide monthly inputs
  • Basic knowledge of India payroll (PF, ESIC applicability and challan)
  • Managing invoices for third party employees (end to end process)
  • Liaising with all stakeholders for invoices internally (Talent acquisition team + hiring managers, BUH, HRSS)
  • Liaising with third party vendors over calls/ emails
  • Coordinate with employees and other relevant stakeholders for completion of tasks assigned by RO or HR lead
  • Undergo trainings to ensure apt knowledge transfer is done to enable self and peers to conduct HR Global Shared Service Centre tasks for employee management
  • Be a team player and work collectively to improve process efficiency
  • Experience in shared services / customer facing environment, ready to work on client-based profile
  • Knowledge of employee life cycle
  • Knowledge of India HR processes
  • Understanding of standard operating procedures
  • Basic knowledge of system, applications, operating tools, and metrics (SuccessFactors and SAP Preferable)
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically in MS Word & Excel, MS outlook- Mandatory)
  • Consistent in meeting accuracy and TAT agreed with client company
  • Timeliness in completion of HR activities assigned
  • Coordination with multiple stakeholders for employee management activities
  • Conformance to defined measures in the form of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) (Multitasking and working as a shared service profile)
Qualifications Postgraduate (HR (Human Resources)) or a bachelor\'s degree with relevant experience in HR Additional Information Work Model : Hybrid Experience of working in HR Shared service environment
