As the Executive- Sales you will be part of the HDBU and will report to the Manager- Sales
The purpose of your role will be to driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:

• Sales & Related Activities -Directly
• Channel & Related - Directly

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Driving Business Unit Performance & Deliverables - Sales (Volume & Market Share) for designated locations
• Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
• Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
• Scout and meet prospects for future dealerships
• Drive the enrichment of customer experience at all dealerships

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing
4-5 years of experience in Channel sales with automotive OEM

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Sales Planning and Execution
• Channel Management
• Financial Acumen
• Product Knowledge
• Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)

Behavioural Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
