Job Responsibilities :- Arranging meetings with Customers. - Meeting the customer to discuss their requirement for spares.- Handling of spare part order from inquiry stage till payment and consignment clearance and delivery.- Preparing offer status report.- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.- Follow-up on order dispatch (both new machines as well as spare parts)- During trade shows and exhibitions - sales, generating leads.- After the show - following up with the leads, settling payment dues of organizers and vendors.- Sending introductory emails to leads generated through trade fairs or those which come through Principals and then forward enquiry to the technical team for technical discussions.- Miscellaneous - Assisting Principals and Customers for Visa application, making invitation letters, etc.Requirements (experience/skills) :- A graduate from any stream, but technical background (Preferred).- Schooling has to be from ICSE/CBSE/Convent background. - Experience in trade shows/exhibitions preferred.- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet, etc.)- Good presentation skills.- Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethics.
