Desktop support Engineer Contract Position 1-2 Yrs Bengaluru : Remote Server Admin Premise Network Device Management Operating Systems / Office/ application/Anti-Virus support Desktop OS/software deployment/upgrades User ID management / password reset management Printer/ Video conference/ Scanner/ Projector support Preventive maintenance Anti-virus update scheduling Software update scheduling Application troubleshooting in desktops/laptops Check for logs files and troubleshooting Application installation, add/remove accessories, peripherals, mobile devices and configure PC Application functionality and check for any dependency applications OS support and troubleshoot First point of contact for problem resolution
