Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the prospects, generate the business and ensure to achieve the sales target by promoting the products in respective territory.
  • Channel Development, Sales, Marketing and Promotional activities.
  • Developing new customers along with maintaining the existing key accounts.
  • Coordinating with Technical Team, HO marketing team, Execution team, commissioning team and ensure the timely response and customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services in respective territory.
  • Preparing visit reports, MIS, MRM, competitor analysis, market mapping for respective territory.
  • Responsible for preparing sales forecast, understand the market trends.
  • Planning and executing the customer visits successfully and ensure the fruitful outcome from the same.
  • Implementing business strategies and ensure the required outcome.
  • Follow up in assiduous manner and ensure the conversion of open leads in respective region.
  • Responsible to attain customers issues timely and ensure to resolve the same with utmost satisfaction.
  • Market survey on the potential of the products and competition market share Providing pre-sales and after-sales support Providing product education and advice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering 2+ years experience in sales, ideally in a business-to-business or B2B setting
  • Proven ability to strategically plan and implement sales strategies towards successful achievement of sales goals or targets
  • Experience in new business development and strategic account management
  • Customer Centric, Analytical Skills, good com MS Excel and MS Power-point.
  • Team player who believes in cooperation and teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal, people-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi
  • Ability to travel and visit markets regularly
  • Technical knowledge of Glassware/Chemical Process/Process Plants will be an added advantage
  • Traveling : 100%
