JOB DESCRIPTION DESIGNATION/ TITLE: Executive - Sales DEPARTMENT: Sales REPORTING TO: DGM - Sales and Marketing LOCATIONS: Head Quarter. : Vashi, Navi Mumbai - Vashi, Head Office shall remain as ultimate reporting location. You need to attend the office whenever ask for it. - Head quarter is subject change as per sales and work planning. Assigned Sales Territory: - The work territory shall be directed by customer visit as per tour plan. - Pan India level. Currently focusing on Maharashtra. OBJECTIVE: Generating revenue from Channel Sales/ Dealers and Distributors, through institutional sales and Direct sales. Generating sales from dealers and retailers for Fogging machines, Agricultural sprayers & equipments KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generating revenue from Dealer & Sub Dealer Network, Direct Customers, farmers etc. Visiting dealers, Sub Dealers. Giving product presentations and demonstrations. Generating business from Tendering, Institutional Sales. Handling direct corporate customers/ Institutional sales like Hospitals, Societies, Schools, Factories, Bungalows, Storage and warehouses, Pest Control Service Providers etc for selling Fogging machines to be used for Mosquito control and Disinfection Management. Meeting Agricultural Dealers, Farmers for promoting and selling sprayers and farm equipments. 2. Network Expansion Identifying and creating the retailers & dealers network Dealers Business Development & servicing existing dealer\'s network. Appointment of Dealers. 3. Marketing Initiatives: Conducting Business promotional Events such as Road Shows, Farmer Meeting, Participating in Exhibitions. 4. Reporting: Updating the leads and it\'s updates in leadcube CRM software Reporting Daily Sales activities in prescribed structure. Job Specification: Total Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in sales profile. Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant work experience. B.Sc Agriculture/ MBA - Agribusiness Management B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering B.Tech - Agricultural Engineering/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Competencies Technical & Strategic: Sales oriented person having knowledge of the market and competitors in the Industry. Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication skills & selling skills Target oriented General Competencies: Computer Proficiency Driving Skills: Mandatory clause for the employment: Must have his own two wheeler, permanent driving license and driving skills for two wheeler. The said vehicle must be used for official travelling. Facilities: Accommodation Facility: Company is currently providing individual accommodation facility at Navi Mumbai. Covered under TADA policy - expenses incurred for official tours shall be reimbursed as per TADA policy. Covered under Personal Accident Policy Covered under Mediclaim Policy
