Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Sales Executive to drive business development for project-based workstation and IT hardware solutions in the Government and PSU sectors. The role involves identifying opportunities, managing tenders, coordinating with OEMs, and ensuring smooth execution of awarded projects.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop business opportunities in Government departments, PSUs, and large institutions for workstation and IT hardware solutions.- Handle end-to-end project sales cycle - from lead generation, tender participation, bid submission, negotiation, to order closure.- Monitor Government e-tender portals (GeM, NIC, CPP, State e-Procurement, etc.) for relevant opportunities.- Prepare and submit proposals, BOQs, and compliance documentation as per tender requirements.- Build and maintain relationships with government officials, procurement officers, and system integrators.- Coordinate with OEMs and technical teams for configuration, solution designing, and pricing support.- Track project progress, delivery, and payment collection in coordination with internal teams.- Maintain updated sales reports, pipeline tracking, and tender status dashboards.- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the defined time frame.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of workstation solutions, IT hardware, and system integration.- Knowledge of Government procurement processes and e-tendering platforms.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to handle multiple tenders and projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.- Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional approach.Educational Qualification:- Graduate in Engineering / IT / Electronics / Computer Science or equivalent field.- MBA in Marketing or Business Development (preferred).
