Sales Executive - Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Strong opportunities to progress your career- Flexible working options- Our client is hiring for Sales Executive The JobYou will be responsible for :- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements- Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going - Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products- Answering customers' questions on the products- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quotasIdeal CandidateSkills Required :- Candidate must possess at least SPM with minimum 2 years of experience in the area of sales (contact center is an advantage)- Experienced in marketing, sales & customer service are desirable- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Creative thinking, persuasive, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) (ref:updazz.com)
