Job Description

JD:- Experience: 1-3 years in Field Sales into B2B or B2C Channel from any industry- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred)Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate clients.- Understand client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions (Health, Motor, and General products).- Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.- Drive business development by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective relationship management.- Ensure timely renewals and maintain high client retention rates.- Work closely with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and service delivery.- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular MIS/reports for management.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of insurance products across Life, Health, and General Insurance.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build long-term relationships and trust with clients.- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.- Problem-solving skills with focus on client satisfaction.What We Offer:- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with leading insurers and diverse clients.- Career growth within the insurance broking industry.
