Job Description

Experience Required: 3 - 6 years (preferably in Restaurants, Hotel Chains, Food Service, FMCG - Food Processing)Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients, including restaurants, hotel chains, catering services, institutions, and distributors.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts by providing excellent service and support.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.- Collaborate closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.- Present and promote products effectively through product demonstrations, tastings, and presentations to prospective clients.- Negotiate terms of business, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.- Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and industry networking events to represent the company and expand market reach.Requirements & Qualifications:- 3-6 years of proven sales experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or hospitality- related industries.- Strong understanding of the food service, hospitality, and restaurant industry ecosystem.- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
