We are looking for an Executive - Sales Coordinator that will handle the following :
Reefer Planning Manifest Validate sales leads and work to support the sales representative in materializing the leads into sales.
Follow up with customers for Load list
Rate Filing for Reefer containers
Coordinate with team members , equal task distribution to given team member that include handling on email queries & vessel planning (CBF, EAL, Projection)
To regularly motivate team members to perform better
Ensure team is adequately trained to perform their job
Keep team members updated on the latest information development received from sales & branch manager
Checking team member\xe2\x80\x99s concerns & resolve the same
Manage the team
Phone calls are attended promptly and phone etiquette is followed to ensure customer satisfaction
Customer follow up
Emails & queries replied within two hours
Rate Filing
Ensure that all rate approvals are sent to GSS for filing in IQS
Form 11 Filing / Form 13 follow up
EAL forwarded to operation team as per deadlines
Coordinating with sales & booking team to ensure correct forecast is forwarded to capacity team for space protection
Free time filing before vessel sailing as per format to concern trade desk. Ensure that Long term free time approval extension is taken on time
Coordinating with GSS for free time updation
Reply to GSS queries within 2 hours
Requirements:
You will need to have :
Shipping Knowledge (2 to 4 years of experience in the industry).
Good Communication in English / Local Languages
