About this Position:

The Incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end production and its operations with maintaining quality standards, safety and lean manufacturing standards

What youll do:

Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel Ensure operations, processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

What makes you a good fit:

Minimum 5 years of work experience BE Chemical or MSC Chemistry degree holder Production management and lean manufacturing Cost reduction Safety and Quality management SAP working knowledge
