Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Planning & Control Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of our product development process. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in product planning and control, preferably in the Mechanical area. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, at our company headquarters. Qualifications And Skills Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Plastic/CIPET. 2 to 5 years of experience in product planning and control. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in project management software and tools. Knowledge of plastic Injection moulding area. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement product planning strategies to meet business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product features. Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient production planning and control. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvement. Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market analysis. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into product planning and control processes.
