Location:

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. We welcome you to work in any of our offices, but you also have the opportunity to work from home. This position will be hybrid out of our office in Gurgaon.

About the role:

Reporting into the VP/Creative, the Executive Producer/Social works closely with their counterparts in the US to produce current programming for the FailArmy, Pet Collective, Taste of Home, Family Handyman, People Are Awesome and Poke My Heart brands. A dynamic and highly collaborative leader, they set a high bar for creative quality and have strong track record inspiring, motivating and driving high-performance teams to create social video content that delivers strong performance against monetization, engagement and audience growth goals.

Your Day-to-Day (aka Responsibilities):

• Work with the VP/Creative and the US-based Chief Content Officer/Video & Production and VP/Digital Studio on social formats for TMB\xe2\x80\x99s priority brands and platforms
• Collaborate closely with the U.S-based team to ensure formats transitioned to your team meet the established quality standards and performance goals
• Manage a team of producers and provide them with ongoing notes and feedback to improve the quality of their work and bring efficiency to the workflow
• Step in on the team\xe2\x80\x99s production to provide support and troubleshoot any challenges that arise in achieving deadlines
• Seek production solutions that support the larger team and company vision, financial objectives, and creative needs
• Play an active role in building creative culture among the team and within the Gurgaon office

You Have (aka Requirements)

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in filmmaking, journalism, English or communications
• 7+ years in a senior-level current programming role, preferably in social media and digital spaces
• Proven track record managing a team of high-performing producers
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the social and web landscapes
• Strong written and interpersonal communications skills
• Passion for creating entertaining short- and long-form social and web video formats that drive monetization and audience engagement and growth
• Ability to effectively collaborate across teams and the confidence to work with staff at all levels of the organization
• A healthy ego and the self-confidence to receive and process constructive feedback
• Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment where you will get your hands into the details
