Position: Creative Producer, Social Video - Cond Nast Entertainment Function: Cond Nast Entertainment\'s global digital video teams create premium video content showcasing Cond Nast\'s iconic global brands. Delivering on average over 1 billion video views per month, the team currently produces 4,000+ digital videos per year in all genres including non-scripted, documentary, how-to, comedy, animation, scripted, branded, virtual reality and (live) event programming. We are looking for a creative social video producer to drive the continued growth of Cond Nast Entertainment\'s leading social video business, a primary function in our world-class entertainment company. Position Summary & Scope: Responsible for developing and executing a Social Originals video IP portfolio for Conde Nast brands, with a focus on Indian audiences and global appeal, across key global and local social platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, social-first environment, demonstrates a passion for Conde Nast brands, and possesses a visually appealing storytelling aesthetic aligned with our brands. With a network of freelance social video developers, directors, and producers, this role involves ideation and project execution, from concept to final product, including light-lift productions shot natively on devices. Collaborates with key editorial and audience development stakeholders to develop Originals that effectively express the brand through video, oversees production processes, and guides projects through post-production if required. Stays up to date with best practices for social video content and implements platform-specific strategies across all Conde Nast content, optimizing content development, production, and brand communication for the Cond video portfolio. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas): Create exceptional original video content and series for Cond Nast brands on popular social platforms like Instagram Reels, aiming to set new benchmarks in quality and engagement. Ensure that the created video IP across social platforms aligns with brand editorial priorities and meets the defined video performance indicators, while relentlessly developing and executing premium storytelling that brings a fresh perspective to the content. Collaborate with other Digital Video Local Language markets to identify and incorporate locally relevant adaptations into the content portfolio of Cond Nast brands in India while Maintaining excellent relationships with the Cond Nast brands and have an understanding of their voice, look and feel, and overall editorial strategy Manage production process including budget, location, and sourcing DPs, directors if required. Participate in ad hoc projects / activities as required by the business Take ownership of building social programming plans, leveraging data insights to inform decisions regarding social video programming and drive initiatives for increased viewership. Generate innovative ideas for existing series and new pilot projects that effectively fulfill both brand and commercial objectives, collaborating with VPs of Programming and Development & Sponsored Editorial to identify key series opportunities for potential sponsorship. Desired Skills: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working with a digital publisher, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle brand, advertising agency, or social platform. Demonstrated success in growing audiences and creating engaging videos across various key social video platforms. Essential understanding of social media platforms and a strong passion for social video, including deep knowledge of social ecosystems, evolving algorithms, and the factors that contribute to engaging and shareable content. Strong ability to generate ideas rapidly and a creative and experimental approach to problem-solving. Enthusiasm for developing top-notch social video intellectual property (IP), with a focus on collaboration and the ability to quickly build alliances across different groups.
