Designation: Creative Producer cum Visual Content Creator

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality creative content across various channels, including social media, website, print, and video. The successful candidate will have experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing in-house videos.

Requirements

What do we expect you to do?

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives

• Oversee the production of high-quality creative content, including social media graphics, website design, print collateral, and video content

• Write scripts, create storyboards, and direct in-house videos from start to finish

• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure that creative content is on-brand and aligned with business objectives

• Manage creative projects from conception to final production

• Film and edit videos, including color correction, audio mixing, and finalizing edits

• Work with external contractors and vendors to produce high-quality creative content, as needed

• Conduct creative audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation

• Stay up-to-date with the latest creative trends and technologies to continually improve creative performance

• Manage budgets and resources to ensure that creative projects are completed on time and within budget

• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that creative projects are delivered according to brief and meet quality standards

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong understanding of creative production, including graphic design, copywriting, and video production

• Familiarity with creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing in-house videos

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
