Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the Procurement Department by facilitating the execution of various Source to Pay Processes (Opportunity Assessment, Sourcing, Contract Management, Purchase to Pay) across all United Breweries Units. With an emphasis on Contract Management
This involves actively collaborating with several stakeholders within the organisation and being able to understand the E2E procurement Process in order to execute some of those processes (Like contract creation and administration) or support changes, new ways of working implementation. The selected applicant will have to coordinate activities with UB outsourcing partner.
Job Responsibilities:
Executing some processes within the Source to Pay Process
Supporting Projects destined to implement new Ways of Working
Clearly Communicating new ways of working with the different Stakeholders
Training / Explaining new Ways of Working
Improving the Leadtime time regarding contract creation and signature
Initiating the contract creation and ensure that KPIs and Terms are included in the contracts
Skills:
Experience in contract creation
Experience solving problems in business

Experience in Project Management
Proficiency with excel
