What You\'ll Champion: 1) Content Strategy and Planning
Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group\'s objectives and messaging to target audience.
Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.
Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that align with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s vision and values
2) Content Creation
Shoot, film, and edit compelling and original content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube)
Write engaging and concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.
Edit and optimize content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.
Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.
Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Group\'s values and showcases customer experiences.
Leverage storytelling techniques to convey the Group\'s mission and impact effectively.
3) Aligning with Regional Direction & across the Group
Align all content materials and direction with Regional direction in terms of messaging, look and feel.
Include the following in content strategy: produce content on-ground that resonates with our brand set by the Group, including events, Allstar stories and other direction from the Group.
Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to adapt content for specific cultural nuances and preferences while adhering to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s direction
Collaborate with subject matter experts, and external contributors to gather information and insights for content creation.
Maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams including communications and marketing to ensure content alignment with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s overall social media strategies.
4) Reporting & Insights
Create bi-weekly reports for your market.
Assist with any other adhoc reports that are requested.
Utilise our business solution tools such as Digimind and Hootsuite to gather and leverage on data.
Support decision making based on data collected.
Navigate and solve any crisis that are relevant to our social media channels.
Collaborate with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s social media team to proactively prepare content that addresses crisis situation
Ensure all crisis communication aligns with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice, values and messaging
5) Communications & Public Relations
Draft, translate, and disseminate press releases to all media across India,
media monitoring, media report
Organise press conferences, and media interviews and strengthen the media
presence of AirAsia in the market
Propose communications plans for the launch of new routes as well as roll-out
sustenance PR plans to maintain a share of voice for various new products and services
Coordinate and work alongside Regional and all lines of business under
Capital A (holding company of AirAsia Aviation Group Limited) for press-related matters
Support issues management and crisis communications strategy
Other ad-hoc projects
Ensure strong partnerships with stakeholders including media members and content creators
Who You Are:
Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree holder in marketing, or equivalent.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Ability to work with very minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills.
Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
