Competencies Required Order Mangement -Sales Order Planning, schedulling.
Inventory- ABC analysis, Runner,repeater, Stranger
Preparing MIS- Inventory,OTIF
Material Resource Planning (MRP)
Sofware- Oracle/ERP - MS office.
Techno-commercial
Capacity Mapping- Inhouse
Exposure of Internal and External Audits.
Duties & Responsibilities Inhouse Machine Planning.
Publishing report for PO pending on Vendors for Make and BUY items.
Co-ordination with buyer for Shortages material.
Co-ordination with stores and QA for material clearance.
Daily report for Shop Floor FOL.
Priority to Production Based on Full Kit and customer urgency
Inventory Projection for next 3 months.
Drive Open Order with Customer Request Date
MIS for STR & STS, OTIF.
Drive Closure of Overdue Order
Interaction with sales team for any urgent, critical ,delayed orders.
Norm for RM.
